At Show Low Manufacturing (SLMFG), we take great pride in offering premium products supported by exceptional customer service. Warranty Overview
SLMFG guarantees that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided it has been used, maintained, and cleaned following the instructions provided. This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase and continues to apply even if the product is resold, traded, or gifted.
If we determine that the issue lies in a material or workmanship defect, we will decide, at our sole discretion, to either repair, replace, or provide substitute parts at no cost to you. However, cash refunds, credit, or third-party repair compensation will not be provided. Should we choose to replace your product, we will retain the defective product. Unauthorized modifications or alterations that are permanent will void this warranty.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence, including failure to adhere to cleaning and maintenance protocols outlined in product manuals
- Unauthorized permanent modifications
- Barrel obstruction or damage from defective or incompatible ammunition, including hand-loaded, reloaded, or remanufactured ammunition.
Ammunition Disclaimer
SLMFG firearms are designed to work with a broad range of ammunition types. However, not all factory-loaded ammunition is compatible with SLMFG firearms. Additionally, extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, humidity, and altitude may affect firearm performance. We advise testing small quantities of preferred ammunition before committing to larger use. SLMFG reserves the right to assess claims related to ammunition and make warranty coverage decisions at our discretion.
Filing a Warranty Claim
If you need warranty service, you must contact SLMFG’s Tech Support to initiate the process. Proof of purchase and relevant information may be required to process your claim. Before shipping your product for warranty service, make sure all third-party accessories are removed, as SLMFG is not responsible for third-party parts included with the product.
Shipping Details
When returning a product for warranty service, the sender is responsible for all shipping costs. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit. SLMFG is not liable for products damaged or lost in shipping. Products returned without any defects may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Warranty Disclaimer
Other than this limited warranty, SLMFG makes no additional express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain damages or limitations on warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you but are limited to the shortest period allowed by law.
